What Happens After You Sign In

After signing in to the Leadership Learning Portal, you are taken directly to your dashboard. The dashboard is the central workspace where all of your training activity lives. What you see on this screen is based on your account type, but the overall layout and purpose remain the same for everyone.

For individual users, the dashboard focuses on personal learning. You will see any courses you are enrolled in, live events you are registered for, and progress indicators showing what you have started or completed. If you previously began a course, it will appear here so you can quickly continue where you left off without searching for it again.

For Company Admins, the dashboard includes everything an individual user sees, along with additional management information. This may include employee counts, assigned training, and access to tools for managing employees, orders, and certificates. These management features are integrated into the same dashboard so admins do not need to switch between systems.

Employees who were added by a Company Admin see a simplified dashboard. Their view is limited to the courses and live events that have been assigned to them. Employees cannot browse or enroll in additional training on their own, and they do not see billing or administrative tools.

The dashboard is designed to help you take action quickly. From here, you can resume a course, review upcoming live events, check your progress, or access account settings. Progress updates automatically as you complete lessons and quizzes, so there is no need to manually save your work.

At any time, you can use the navigation menu to move between sections of the portal, such as courses, live events, profile settings, or support. The dashboard remains your main reference point, helping you stay oriented and focused on your training.
